Silent Ball

Today our class played silent ball. When Mrs Govender walked past, she was impressed with the way we were playing without any teacher.

Where do we get fresh water from?

There are different types of rivers. Rivers have 3 main stages. In the first stage, young rivers carve down towards v-shaped valleys and pick up rocky debris along the way. Waterfalls are common features of rivers. 
In the second stage, rivers deposit materials making a river channel. 
In the final stage, rivers flow sluggishly and meanders become more pronounced. 
Where does the water for a river come from?

It comes from snow, steam from home cooking, rain and factories.

Dodge Ball

Rm 25 has been playing dodge ball for ages. I'm going to give you some tips on how to master playing dodge ball.

No.1  Never ever fight to get in.
No.2  If you're out don't try to get back inside.
No.3  Always throw the ball sideways because if you throw it above your head, it will bounce and the defenders could easily dodge it.
No.4  If you are the only one in, don't you ever do tricks.
No.5  One of the trick is that when you see the ball is bouncing low, split your feet.
No.6  If the person is aiming  high, bend your head down.


Last of all, follow this tips and impress your school mates with your awesome defeat.

My Best Friend Julie

My best friend Julie is asian. We have been in the same class since she was 7 years old. Now she's 9 and I'm 10. But last term, on the last day we both were sad because Julie's dad was taking her whole family to Australia. Now I don't even know what house she lives in!!! Me and my friends Sarah, Elizabeth, Nidya and rest of the year 6s are missing her so much.

About room 25

Room 25 is a really cool class. All the students like the colour blue. We have got lots of best class awards. We never go in timeout. Our teacher is the best .
